Services Agreement

Please review the terms below before booking hourly services with Simply Shari. By checking the box on this page or on the booking form, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Scope of Services

Simply Shari provides in-home organizing, household help and errands, meal and grocery support, and project coordination for clients in Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Celina, Prosper, Allen, and Dallas, Texas. Services are discussed and scoped together with Shari before booking.

Pricing

All services are billed hourly on a quote basis. Rates are discussed and agreed upon with Shari based on the scope of your project before work begins.

Minimum Booking

Every visit has a 2-hour minimum booking length.

Travel & Mileage

Travel time and mileage are only billed for trips over 20 miles.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled visit will be charged the full 2-hour minimum fee.

Materials & Products

Materials and products (such as bins or organizing supplies) are itemized and billed separately from Shari’s hourly rate.

Add-On Services & Discounts

Adding on services or booking more hours can lead to discounted pricing — just ask Shari when you request your quote.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement for purchases made on your behalf is arranged based on the specifics of the job and discussed with you upfront, along with your quote.

Project Coordination & Partners

For projects that involve outside professionals, such as decorators, contractors, or painters, Shari may refer or coordinate with trusted, informal partners. These partners operate independently, and Simply Shari is not liable for their work.

Background Check

Shari has completed a state background check.
